Food Philosophy

Brittany’s Food Culture
Brittany’s cuisine is a celebration of fresh, high-quality ingredients, shaped by its coastal and rural heritage. Seafood takes center stage, complemented by hearty meats, rich dairy products like butter and cream, and time-honored specialties such as crêpes, galettes, and indulgent desserts. Breton cooking embraces simplicity, allowing the natural flavors of the land and sea to shine.

Our Approach
We serve traditional French-style meals at set times, following a seasonal menu based on fresh, high-quality ingredients. Lunch and dinner are typically cooked meals, accompanied by salad and cheese. A selection of high-quality red and white wines is served with dinner.

I believe in the simplicity and beauty of home-cooked meals made with the best ingredients. I take care in sourcing food sustainably—whether from my own garden or where possible from local farmers and fishermen.

Great Value for Money

Dining out in France can be expensive, especially if you want to savor quality food and wine. Prices have steadily risen, not just in restaurants, but even in boulangeries, and eating out regularly at a typical brasserie or café can quickly add up.

However, our all-inclusive menu offers exceptional value, providing delicious meals and quality service at a much more affordable price.
